Delete Your Account

At Shivpuri Sanitaryware, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

This page applies to accounts created through the Shivpuri Sanitaryware website and Android mobile application.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email from your registered email address to sst@shivpurisanitary.com.
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
Include your registered name, email address, and mobile number so we can identify and verify your account.
After verification, we will process your account deletion request.

After your request has been verified and processed, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal information associated with your account, which may include:

Where information must be retained, it will be retained only for the required or permitted period.

Processing Your Request

We may contact you using your registered contact details to verify that the account deletion request was made by you.

Once your identity and request have been verified, we will process the deletion request within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
